Last night's sky was a true predictor.
Today was a gorgeous sunny day with temps in the 50's.
It seemed like the perfect day to show the twins the great outdoors.
Bring a snack and mom and we're good to go...
Or not! They just about froze to the spot and didn't know what to do while Mom munched away.
Then I guess the great outdoors, and the birds swooping in overhead made mom nervous - and me too. Well the birds anyway.
We gave it up after a while, but tomorrow should be another nice day.

Awww, how sweet. We had a bird encounter when we brought Penny, our Yellow Lab home at 8 wks old. We were playing with her in the back yard when a hawk started to circle. We took Penny inside!
More twins! Wow! They're so cute and cuddly. We returned from Louisiana the other day, via Tennessee. Unlike last year, no snow. I wondered how you were doing so was pleased to see that glorious sunset and your latest grandkids. Happy New Year to you and yours!!
