Sunshine and Shadow

As you can see, I can't get out of my own shadow's way. And so the shadow pictures started.

No gloves. No hat.
Okay, a hoodie and vest, but the sun is out and the sky is blue, and I can see my shadow.

Full Moon Frisbee

Our second night in Milton Delaware was a full moon and a beautiful night to be on the beach.

We also has the last of the sunset to light the sky, and if you haven't noticed, we had the beach for ourselves.

Clearing Sky

This morning was a rush to get the animals out early, and when we started it was barely light. When I turned at the kitchen door to take off my barn shoes, I saw this beautiful morning sky.It looked like someone had torn up the clouds and thrown the bits in the air. Then they started to clear away. Today's sky was so clear, it was an excellent canvas for the setting colors around the new waxing moon.

Good Morning, And Then ...

I had high hopes for clearing skies and solar heat early this morning.
The moon was on its way to bed, and the gloom seemed to be blowing its way east.
The sun was breaking out.
We all had smiles on our faces.
Some of us were too busy to smile.
Jock and I had the goats out, and the potential of a long walk, after my morning visit to the doctor.
Well, the gloom you see had a bigger friend arrive this afternoon, and brought some more rain, which we will not complain about.
So I am in with my knee up (same knee from earlier tales of woe), resting it after a cortisone treatment, that I PRAY will have me loosing my limp.
So perhaps a rainy day is good for healing and reading a good book.
Sorry Jock! Ah Well!
