This is the only still photo I have managed to get of the robin parent with the nest. Love it!As of the beginning of the week, one of the four must have fallen out of the nest.
I imagine it was a tight squeeze.
Notice near the end, before she flies off, the parent picks something up.I imagine it was a tight squeeze.
She cleans their manure as soon as they produce it and takes it away.
Amazing! Can she work in my barn?

I'm amazed at how fast they've grown. I can only guess that Mother Nature knows she's got to get them out of the nest before they're swooped down upon and gone. The mama bird must be exhausted from feeding the brood non-stop. What a treat this has been for you to watch. You're going to miss them.
Thanks for catching up Kittie!
#3 is back in the nest for the evening. Phew! Tomorrow???
Love the wide-open beaks in the first photo!
Yep, we'll be home in July. How long will you be here?
How cute! It is so much fun to be able to watch the family grow. :)
Sunday hugs from way over here,
Lois :)
