Pardon my excitement. If someone tells me this
isn't a bald eagle, then I want to know what it is.
Because of the frost this morning, I delayed getting the animals out. They can get bloat from eating the frozen grass, or at least a bad bellyache. So at just before 10:00AM, I gave a good look outside, decided it was time to go, and then saw this white spot in that gorgeous, blue sky. First I thought heron. And then I though OMG!! CAMERA!!!!
This is all I snapped as it drifted over the trees and hill and then toward Idlewild. I'm so glad the timing was so good and I got something recognizable.
