Sunny Sunflowers

Can you look at any more sunflowers?
Even the leaves are huge and impressive. They are just gorgeous.

Oh, how pretty. That bee was surely so happy, too. ;)

I love that third photo with the pasture in the background! I would like to grow sunflowers...maybe next year, when I can plant them in a location where they won't shade my veggies.

Amy: Me too about the pasture one, though I like them all for all everyone's combined reasons.

Did you read a couple posts back that these are all volunteers?

This particular bunch is hiding my household compost pile. I transplanted a lump of shoots I found in the upper garden to here. I didn't expect them to get so big, as the originals last year were wimps. And the butterfly bush is being squashed! But its all lovely!
