Brees

The little guy has a name. Brees. As in Saints quarterback and Super Bowl MVP, Drew Brees. I'm sure his namesake would not be too honored having a goat named after him, but New Orleans did win, and it made for quite an interesting day here at the farm.Already trying hay. Not sure about this. Yuk!
All along we were trying to come up with something related to the Super Bowl, as the twins birth was our unusual pregame activity. How many of you whet guests appetites with umbilical cord dipping, tying and cutting? Yum!A little more practice, and I can make this jump. This is a hen.Stamping down the manure. They just can't help themselves.
How long till he tips the wheelbarrow?Eating like Mom.Meeting Snickers. He's a bit bold for Snickers if you can see her body language. Meanwhile, Neo is all by himself in the alley today. He is wondering why the little guy gets all the attention, and he is banished to the outdoors.

In the video below, you can see Brees is not going to be a breeze to keep out of trouble!

Brees is like a frisky puppy, a real chamption in the making. I think our quarterback would be honored! Geaux Saints...and if that's a slight Southern drawl I hear, pass the bourbon! (Symbolically speaking!)

Bourbon was in the running for the name.

DD, thanks for stopping by. Hope you're feeling better. Don't know how you do all that you do! Luv the photo of Brees and Snickers! Didn't know goats could be such fun until your blog. No need to play catch-up with my stories. One more Seven Remarkable People Wanted story then back to the Louisiana stories which, like farm work, are never ending...
